Kitchen is an American adult animated black comedy television series created by Ralf Hat for Kingson. It is set in the fictional backwards dystopian city of New Sodom, and features a circle of eccentric middle school social outcasts as they navigate their lives through the hostile environment they are constantly at odds with. The show was deemed controversial for its approach to off-color, dark, and explicit subject matter, as well as its underlying themes, which frequently address human societal and psychological issues via the perspectives of the main characters and those surrounding them. It is among one of the first programs on the network to cater to an older demographic. Kitchen's initial success had led it to becoming Kingson's highest-rated late night program, during its tenure.

Kitchen ran from June 3, 2002 to October 10, 2016, with a total of 232 episodes over the course of the show's fourteen seasons. Additional media include a feature-length theatrical film adaption, merchandise, a video game, and several soundtrack releases. Furthermore, a 20th Anniversary television film, with Kitchen's regular cast and crew returning, is set to premiere sometime in June 2022, and simultaneously on HBO Max.
